It allows the job seeker to present themselves to the recruiting companies in an appealing way. The VideoCv also enables the recruiters to analyze the candidates’ communication, attitude and other skills without meeting them personally which significantly saves a lot of time and resources for both the parties.
Almost after 21 years of recruitment experience, with the advent of fast internet service in India and the rapid growth of the Smartphone era, the founder ,Mr. Suresh Nair thought of taking recruitment exercise to the next level by bringing the concept of VideoCV's in India (although prevalent in US &Uk) for the purpose of helping companies & candidates in the recruitment process. For taking this initiative, he took the responsibility of learning to make short films first so he could assemble both the experience of recruitment &film making to make this concept of VideoCV and Video JD’s overall success.
In between he also got the opportunity of writing for a Corporate English Magazine published quarterly which gave him the confidence and experience in story writing as well.

After show casing his profound writings as a chief editor at one of the leading corporate English magazine“ Human Magic” , he realized the positive impact of a video in expressing oneself than just writing a resume which gives a better understanding of people& jobs . The purpose of the foundation of VideoCV, therefore, lies in its usage since VideoCV is the evolution of the traditional hiring process that fully automates the company’s structure of recruitment communication.
